Palworld: How to Heal Sprains in Pals
To cure a Pal afflicted with the ‘Sprain’ status ailment in Palworld, you only need the ‘Low Grade Medical Supplies’ item. You can obtain it by crafting some yourself at a Medieval Medicine Workbench, finding it in the world as drops from enemies or chests, or purchasing it for gold.
To craft Low-Grade Medical supplies, you must first unlock the Medieval Medicine Workbench, which is available to unlock in the Technology tab at Level 12. Crafting 1x Low Grade Medical Supplies requires 5x Red Berries and 2x Horns.
Defeating human enemies like Syndicate members or those raiding your base can also yield Low Grade Medical Supplies as drops. Specific medicine-focused Pals (like Vaelet and Flopie) have an increased (almost guaranteed) chance of dropping medicines when caught or defeated. Refer to your Paldeck to learn more about each Pal’s potential drops and habitats!
If you’re feeling lazy or just want to save time, you can buy Low Grade Medical Supplies from the Wandering Merchants for 240 Gold each. However, I’d advise against it unless you’ve struck gold, as the ingredients are easily accessible in the game world. Why not save that gold for something special instead—like snagging the rarest Pals from the Black Marketeer?
Now that you have your Low Grade Medical Supplies:
- Approach the ailing Pal in your base.
- Press the ‘Command Pal’ key (‘4’ for Keyboard users).
- Select the ‘Feed Pal’ option from the menu.
- Choose the medicine from your inventory.
Voila! Your Pal should be back on their feet, ready to contribute their best to your base.
